Ocio Design Group is an architectural firm established in 1992, by Rodolfo Ocio (ociodesigngroup.com) specializing in commercial design. In July 2004 Steve Martini of Strom Commercial found an ideal location for the new office and home for Ocio Design Group, Centrally located in Bankers Hill. This property has a mixed use, the first floor (2,800 sf) is office space of Ocio Design Group, and the third floor (2,800 sf) is the residence for Rodolfo Ocio (due for completion July 2009).
