
Nate Benedetto began his career with Strom Commercial in 2005 and is now a Vice President at Strom. Nate has a personal relationship with most of the retailers and restaurateurs downtown and in the surrounding communities. These relationships enable him to provide exceptional value for his retail and restaurant clients. Nate also understands what creative firms are looking for in an office. He has been able to find unique spaces for architects, design firms and marketing agencies in San Diego’s best neighborhoods. With experience representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers he brings a wealth of knowledge to any transaction.

Originally from Chicago, Nate received his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Indiana University. Here in San Diego, Nate is well known for his city guide called URBANIST (www.urbanistguide.com). His publication keeps him at the forefront of retail, restaurant and nightlife trends and provides him insider knowledge of the best San Diego neighborhoods. He also writes a regular dining column for San Diego Magazine called ‘Urban Outfits.’
Outside of work Nate has found time to volunteer at the Monarch School, Stand Up for Kids, and Casa de Amistad.
