
Jeff has been with Strom Commercial Real Estate since 2006. Since that time, he has been involved in commercial leasing representing both landlords and tenants in niche retail and office transactions. Jeff’s recent transactions include the parcel assemblage by Waterfall Center, LLC for a majority of the block between 7th and 8th Avenues, and Broadway and “C” Street. He also sold 701 “C” Street for the law firm of Maxie, Rheinheimer Vvevich, LLP.
Prior to coming to Strom Commercial he practiced law for 13 years. The scope of his practice was focused primarily in the area of commercial real estate. His commercial real estate practice specifically focused on representing developers in the acquisition of buildings and parcels of land and guiding them through the zoning and permitting process with local municipalities. Jeff also assisted those same developers acquire the requisite financing needed to assist in the initial acquisition of a project and then construction financing during the course of the particular project. He represented numerous local and national lending institutions and drafted loan documents for both conventional and SBA loans and conducted closings of commercial purchase and refinance transactions for the bank’s borrowers. Furthermore, Jeff assisted real estate clients by forming the appropriate title-taking entity, whether it be limited liability company, corporation or limited partnership for each particular real estate transaction.
Jeff has a BA in Finance and Economics from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and a Juris Doctor from the Cleveland State-John Marshall College of Law.
