Jordan Williams is a Senior Associate with Strom Commercial Real Estate. Since starting in commercial real estate in 2005, Jordan has focused primarily on the Downtown and Uptown office and retail markets; however, he has worked on several deals outside of Downtown, including Mission Valley, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, and Sorrento Valley.
A few of Jordan’s Downtown projects include the leasing of the Spreckels Building at 121 Broadway (110,400 square feet of retail/office space), the Louis Bank of Commerce Building at 835 5th Avenue (24,500 square feet of office space), the Royster Building at 419 West G Street (8,583 square feet of office space), and the representation of tenants from all industries, ranging from law offices and technology firms, to Pilates studios and art galleries.
Prior to working in commercial real estate for Strom Commercial, Jordan has worked in advertising, commercial insurance, and technology sales. Born and raised on the East Coast, Jordan graduated with Honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
Jordan is active within the San Diego community and sits on the Board of Directors of Travelers Aid Society of San Diego, a non-profit organization assisting the less fortunate and domestic violence victims.
Jordan has made San Diego his home now for the past seven years, enjoying the great surfing, boating, and golf San Diego offers.
